Big family lunch at my uncle’s house today, all delicious as usual.
Menu was roasted lamb and chicken with freekeh.
Dessert was fruit pizza and I made the laziest recipe ever Chocolate Lazy Cake.

Did this dessert two weeks ago but had to wait for May issue of Family Flavors so as to be able to post it.
Remember the berries I bought? well I used them to decorate this lovely sweet pizza ,very nice looking one.
Ingredients and method:
* Pizza Crust :
* 1 egg.
* 1 tsp vanilla.
* 3/4 cup butter.
* 1 3/4 cup flour.
* 1 tsp baking powder.
* dash of salt.
* 1 tablespoon cold water.
* Mix all ingredients to form a soft dough then spread it in a pizza pan and bake in a medium heated oven till golden.
* Spread any kind of filling on top like custard,pudding,cream cheese frosting or whipping cream.
* decorate with any fruit you like in a nice shape and serve.
