Did this dessert two weeks ago but had to wait for May issue of Family Flavors so as to be able to post it.
Remember the berries I bought? well I used them to decorate this lovely sweet pizza ,very nice looking one.
Ingredients and method:
* Pizza Crust :
* 1 egg.
* 1 tsp vanilla.
* 3/4 cup butter.
* 1 3/4 cup flour.
* 1 tsp baking powder.
* dash of salt.
* 1 tablespoon cold water.
* Mix all ingredients to form a soft dough then spread it in a pizza pan and bake in a medium heated oven till golden.
* Spread any kind of filling on top like custard,pudding,cream cheese frosting or whipping cream.
* decorate with any fruit you like in a nice shape and serve.
Great for Summer gatherings !

Happening now, my participation in Kids Expo 2015 with Family Flavors magazine a brief cooking class with the kids.
I did the easiest cookies ever, no baking no gas required Chocolate Balls and Maltesers Balls.
It was really a very nice experience.

After a small delay this month, April Issue of Family Flavors magazine is issued and in stores.
