Okra in the oven recipe

Upon dear Kim’s request here’s the okra recipe.
You will need:
1/2 kilo veal cut to medium sized cubes.
2 packs frozen or fresh small okra.
1 small onion cut to small pieces.
4 or 5 diced cloves of garlic.
2 large ripe tomatoes or one can diced tomatoes

2 tablespoons tomato paste.
Small bunch fresh coriander ( you can use dry powdered coriander if you want).
1 cube chicken stock.

First of all you boil the veal with water.salt .pepper.mixed spices.one stick cinnamon. Bay leaf and one big onion..till it’s tender.
In a big skillet or high oven tray..sautee the onion.garlic till tender and brownish..with olive oil.
Then add the okra. .and stir..lower the heat and put lid on till okra is tender.
Add the tomatoes. Tomato paste.diced coriander.
Add the veal cubes..chicken stock cube..and enough of meat stock water till it covers all okra.
Let the mixture simmer for half hour then put it in the oven another half hour till most water evaporates.
You can adjust salt as desired and add hot chilli powder if you like…trust me it’s not a bad idea.
