Kebab Sandwiches and Seperable Cheese Garlic Bread.

Hello everybody.

Another busy day though it was planned to be a relaxing Friday.

Well thank God that I have a pack of kebab meat that were not done last night so they were a rescue today at lunch, grilled them with some onions and summaq, did some yogurt mayonnaise dip with it.

On the side I made two loaves of cheesy garlic bread one for lunch and the other for tomorrow’s picnic.

BBQ♡♥♡♥

Another sunny warm day..in honor of many happy occasions (حمدلله ),, baby boy, marriage, engagement, and arrival of my dear cousin from abroad..my beloved uncle (الله يحفظه ) invited us all to lunch in Jerash…a city known by its beautiful scenery and specialized in restaurants of libanese style…serving BBQ with all mezzeh that goes with it.
BBQ was a variety of lamb meat.kebab.lamb chopps.chicken or sheish tawouq.

As for appetizers…..well they are a variety of cold and hot dishes…
Cold ones are fatoosh, hummus, eggplant dip (like the one I made yesterday),pickles, salads, stuffed vine leaves in oil.
Hot ones are kubbeh, grilled cheese, fries, chicken liver in pomegranate sauce, sausages, chicken wings.
