Big BBQ dinner party :)

Morning everybody.

Last night was a blast,we have cousins visiting from abroad and as usual a BBQ in the garden is a tradition whenever they come.

I wasn’t responsible for grilling or handling the meat,but did the salads,appetizers and sweets. All delicious and either wiped out or gone take away !

I made  white cheese with tomatoes and pesto,tabouleh,pasta salad,eggplant dip,chili tomatoes,hummus and yoghurt. dessert was creme caramel and peanut butter brownies.

Homemade Creme Caramel.

Hello again.

My hubby’s most favorite dessert, I always make it from time to time.perfect today cause it’s cooling in this hot weather, seems Summer coming early this year.

Took this recipe from a Nestle can (sweet condensed milk) long time ago, way much better taste and flavor than ready packs plus it’s easy .

Ingredients and method:
*1 can Nestle sweetened condensed milk.
* 4 eggs.
* vanilla.
* lemon zest.
* 2 tablespoons powdered milk.
* 1 1/2 cups water.
* 1 cup sugar.

* in a non stick mould ir pan heat sugar till it caramelize to syrup. Take care cause it may burn quickly.
*leave to cool then place in another wider pan filled with water(water bath).
*beat eggs with vanilla and zest till frothy.add milk.
* add the Nestle can and water then mix all very well.
* pour over caramel.
* bake in a medium heated oven for 30-40 minutes or when dried in the middle.
* cool in the fridge  2-3 hours.
* turn upside down and cover with caramel.

Enjoy ♡♥♡♥.
