A loving grandma ordered this lovely combination of dishes for her visiting grandchildren.
Outcome was very colorful specially the tutti fruitti cake, full of fruits and cream.
Alongside she ordered za’tar puffs, pasta salad, teramisu and a small box of chocolate balls I sent as a gift.

I can proudly say that it’s a successful week, I catered a four days workshop at the Water and Irrigation Ministry, guests were Germans this time.
Did coffee breaks and lunches each day with different kinds of food.
Thank God all were happy and satisfied and ended work with a beautiful cake.

Today I was honored to cater a workshop at the Ministry of Water and Irrigation for a group of Dutch experts.
I can proudly say it was a job well done, everything was perfect and work went on smoothly.
I did assorted cookies and snacks for the coffee break then followed by burgers, shawerma and falafel for lunch.
Along with zatar and cheese puffs all with veggies and olives.
Grand finale was a beautiful lemony cake topped with berries and ganache.

Tried some new items today, in a new style as well.
Steak sandwiches, turkey cheese roll ups,potato meatball cupcakes and Caprese salad on skewers.
I also did a birthday cake for a lovely friend, happy birthday dear Fufu.

Long full day, sometimes all work comes altogether like today.
First order was two lasagnas and cookies plus one for us.
Then I made a beautiful simple chocolate cake and chocolate chip cookies for my friend’s mom.
Then a sudden quick order came up, falafel rolls and shawerma for a young lady’s birthday.
All in all it was delicious and elegant.

Made chocolate crinkles but jumbo size, rock cookies and coconut orange ones.

Yesterday we celebrated my nephew’s first birthday, our bundle of joy is one now.
Theme of the party was teddy bears, cake, cupcakes and all ornaments were brown and yellow. All done by my talented sister in-law, very elegant and cheerful.
I did the catering,menu was as follows :
# falafel rolls.
# mini kibbeh.
# mini burgers and baked potatoes.
# salmon sandwiches.
# turkey and cheese sandwiches.
My sister in-law did quesadillas,lasagna and cheesecake pots and my sister made pasta salad.
All was really delicious, we had great fun.

Sorry for the delay but it was a long eventful day with an early start cause I had a lunch order for a group of employees at Jeeran company.
They ordered steaks with mushrooms and gravy, mashed potatoes, chicken with broccoli and cream along with pesto pasta, quesadillas and French Pizza.
Dessert was a treat from me,muhalabieh with caramel.
So happy that all was wiped out in minutes and reviews were awesome.
