Hello everybody and Happy Independence Day to all.

To live the spirit of today’s celebration we started with a colorful breakfast decorated with Jordanian symbols. Bagels with cream cheese, labaneh and peanut butter jam filling.

Lunch was old fashioned green za’tar tomatoes fatayer or pastries.

Dessert was a beautiful Jordan’s flag colored cake, made four layers of colored batter then assembled all with cream and fruit salad, like a rainbow cake but with different colors.
