Chocolate Mousse.

Hello everybody.

Took some balloons from my friend’s mom who usually keeps lots of them stand by so as to give kids that visit her, not that I’m a kid but i wanted them to try doing chocolate cups. Saw this method many times in several websites and always eager to try it.

Though it’s supposed to be an easy task but actually it’s a bit tricky, some balloons popped and chocolate was all over the kitchen and some stayed stuck to the chocolate though I sprayed oil on them, well end result was four out of ten good cups not bad as a first trial.My Facebook friend told me it’s better to wash and dry balloons and add butter to chocolate better than greasing the balloons, next time maybe.

I filled cups with chocolate mousse, my simple light recipe that I usually do then decorated them with white chocolate and croquant.

Ingredients and method:

* 3 cups milk.

* 3 tablespoons custard powder.

* 1 big spoon butter.

* 1 cup melted chocolate or one big bar cooking chocolate ( today I used  the amount left from chocolate fountain )

* 3 tablespoons cocoa powder.

* 1 small pack cream.

* 1/2 cup sugar.
